Starboard
Showcase the best messages in your server with star reactions.
Starboard
The Starboard module highlights the best messages in your server. When a message receives enough star reactions (⭐), it gets reposted to a dedicated starboard channel.
How It Works
- A member reacts to a message with ⭐ (or your configured emoji)
- When the reaction count reaches the threshold, the message is posted to the starboard channel
- The starboard post includes the message content, author, link to original, and star count
Commands
| Command | Description |
|---|---|
/starboard channel #channel | Set the starboard channel |
/starboard threshold <number> | Set the minimum star count |
/starboard emoji <emoji> | Change the star emoji |
/starboard ignore #channel | Ignore a channel |
Configuration
Configure from Dashboard → Starboard:
Settings
| Setting | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Channel | None | Where starred messages appear |
| Threshold | 3 | Stars needed to reach the board |
| Emoji | ⭐ | Reaction emoji that counts |
| Self-star | Disabled | Whether authors can star their own messages |
| NSFW filter | Enabled | Block NSFW channel content from starboard |
Ignored Channels
Prevent specific channels from appearing on the starboard:
- Go to Dashboard → Starboard → Ignored Channels
- Add channels that should be excluded
Starboard Post Format
Each starboard entry shows:
- ⭐ Star count
- Author name and avatar
- Message content (text + images)
- Jump to message link
- Channel where the original was posted
