Is Hubdustry free?

Hubdustry offers a generous free tier with access to all core modules. Premium plans unlock higher limits, custom branding, and priority support.

How many servers can Hubdustry be in?

There's no limit. You can add Hubdustry to as many servers as you want.

How do I add Hubdustry to my server?

Visit the invite page
Select your server from the dropdown
Authorize the requested permissions

What permissions does Hubdustry need?

How do I access the dashboard?

Go to the web dashboard at your configured URL and log in with Discord. Select your server to start configuring modules.

Modules

Can I enable/disable individual modules?

Yes! Every module can be independently enabled or disabled from the dashboard. Disabled modules don't consume any resources.

Do modules work together?

Yes. For example:

Leveling + Giveaway: Require a minimum level to enter giveaways
Welcome + Reaction Roles: Welcome new members and let them pick roles
Moderation + Analytics: Track moderation actions in analytics

Can I use custom prefixes?

Hubdustry uses slash commands (/command), which don't require a prefix. This avoids conflicts with other bots.

Troubleshooting

The bot isn't responding to commands

Check that Hubdustry is online in the member list
Verify the bot has permissions in the channel
Try /ping to test connectivity
Make sure the module for that command is enabled

Level-up messages aren't appearing

Check that the Leveling module is enabled
Verify a level-up channel is configured
Ensure the bot can send messages in that channel

Music won't play

Join a voice channel before using /play
Check that Hubdustry has Connect and Speak permissions

Reaction roles aren't working

Verify the bot has Manage Roles permission
Ensure the bot's role is above the roles it's assigning
Check that the reaction role panel hasn't been deleted

Data & Privacy

What data does Hubdustry store?

Hubdustry stores only the data necessary for functioning:

Server configuration and module settings
Leveling data (XP, levels, rank customizations)
Moderation logs (warnings, bans, audit entries)
Ticket transcripts (when enabled)

Can I delete my server's data?

Yes. Contact support or use the dashboard to delete all data associated with your server.

Is my data shared with third parties?

No. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Economy & Gems

What are gems?

Gems are a virtual currency in Hubdustry. You earn them through activities like translating and can spend them on server perks.

How do I earn gems?

Currently, gems are earned through approved translations (+5 per translation). Admins can also award gems manually.

Can I transfer gems to other members?

Yes! Use /gems give @user <amount> to transfer gems to another member.

Earn the Linguist badge by getting 100+ translations approved. This automatically grants reviewer permissions.
